*JETS TAKE FLIGHT: NEW YORK STUNS PATRIOTS WITH THRILLING UPSET VICTORY IN AFC EAST SHOWDOWN*

East Rutherford, NJ – In a stunning upset, the New York Jets took down the heavily favored New England Patriots 27-24 at MetLife Stadium, sending shockwaves throughout the AFC East.

The Jets, led by rookie quarterback Zach Wilson, came from behind to secure the victory, scoring 14 unanswered points in the fourth quarter. Wilson threw for 255 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 33 yards.

The Jets’ defense, which has been maligned all season, came up big in the fourth quarter, holding the Patriots to just 22 yards of total offense.

“We believed in ourselves, and we believed in each other,” said Wilson. “We knew we could do it, and we went out there and made it happen.”

The win marked the Jets’ first victory over the Patriots since 2015 and moved them into second place in the AFC East standings.
