*John Force Survives Fiery Crash, Calls Rescue ‘Heroic’*

Legendary drag racer John Force is counting his blessings after walking away from a harrowing fiery crash during a recent racing event.

Force, a 16-time NHRA Funny Car champion, was involved in a violent collision that sent his car careening into the wall and erupting in flames. Miraculously, Force emerged from the wreckage with only minor injuries.

“I’m just grateful to be alive,” Force said in an interview. “Those rescue guys, they’re the real heroes. They got me out of that car so fast, it was like they had a plan. I’m just thankful for their bravery and quick thinking.”

The crash occurred during the final round of the NHRA Arizona Nationals, where Force was competing against rival driver Matt Hagan. Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with flames engulfing Force’s car and rescue crews rushing to his aid.

Despite the severity of the crash, Force was able to walk away from the wreckage, albeit with the help of medical personnel. He was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and was later released with minor injuries.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the racing community, with many of Force’s fellow drivers and fans taking to social media to express their relief and support.

“John Force is a true legend of the sport, and we’re all just grateful he’s okay,” said NHRA President Glen Cromwell. “Our thoughts are with him and his family, and we look forward to seeing him back on the track soon.”

Force, meanwhile, is already looking forward to his next race, despite the close call. “I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I know the risks,” he said. “But I’m not ready to hang up my helmet just yet. I’ve got a few more laps left in me.”
