According to Business Insider, the first trip of the Icon of the Seas was so eagerly awaited that it came dangerously close to being completely sold out in just a few hours. There were even cruise passengers who paid $75,000 per week to stay in a luxurious townhouse that was three stories tall and featured private balconies, a whirlpool, a backyard, and slides throughout their visit.

The Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas has 235,600 passengers.
Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas carried 228,081 passengers.
There are 226,963 passengers on the Harmony of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) and 226,838 passengers on the Oasis of the Seas with Royal Caribbean.
The Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas has 225,282 passengers.
