BREAKING: State news agency reports that Iraq has summoned the UK charge d’affaires in response to the ambassador’s comments
– According to Iraq’s official news agency, the country has summoned Britain’s chargé d’affaires in response to statements made by Stephen Hitchen, the British ambassador to Iraq, regarding Iraqi politics and security.
“A bleak image of Iraq, its government and components” is reflected in the ambassador’s words, according to they added.
